Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from baitbaitk.store. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Eligibility window

  • Returns: within 14 days of delivery.

  • Report damaged/defective items: within 48 hours of delivery (with photos/videos).

  • Exchanges: within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories and a valid order number.

2) Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:

  • Used drinkware/food-contact items (e.g., cups, straws, mate accessories)

  • Custom/engraved or personalized products

  • Clearance/“Final Sale” items

  • Gift cards & downloadable products

3) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  1. Email/WhatsApp us within 48 hours: info@baitbaitk.store / +961-70080513

  2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  3. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund once verified.

4) How to start a return

  1. Submit a request at My Account → Orders → Request Return (or email us).

  2. Wait for RMA approval and the return address.

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging and include the RMA number inside the box.

  4. Ship with a trackable service.

  5. Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), we’ll process your refund/exchange.

5) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit upon request).

  • Allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank/payment provider to post the refund.

  • Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6) Return shipping costs

  • If the item is defective/wrong item: we cover the return/re-ship cost.

  • For change of mind/size or color: customer pays return shipping.

  • If a package is refused or undeliverable, actual forward & return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

7) Restocking & condition

  • Returns not in original condition, missing parts, or with signs of use may be refused or subject to up to 10% restocking fee.

  • Please do not send items back without an approved RMA.

8) International orders

  • Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for international return shipping.

9) Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. If applicable, we’ll help you submit a claim—keep your invoice.
