At Bait Baitk, we want every customer to have a clear and fair shopping experience. Product exchange requests are handled according to the conditions below.
Exchange Period
You may request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging when applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the product arrives damaged or different from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send a clear photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to exchange a product because you changed your mind, the item must be unused and in its original condition. In this case, the customer is responsible for the related delivery costs.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Used products or products opened in a way that affects their original condition.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
- Products without original packaging when packaging is part of the product condition.
- Sale or clearance items when clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds are generally not available. Exchanges are accepted according to the conditions above. A refund may be considered only when the issue is caused by the store and no suitable replacement is available.
