Description
This silicone pastry brush spreads oil, melted butter, egg wash, syrup and marinades evenly with a few strokes. The soft silicone bristles hold liquid well and do not shed into your food the way traditional brushes can.
Use it to glaze pastries and manakish, brush syrup over sweets, oil a baking tray or baste chicken and vegetables on the grill. It handles heat from -40°C up to 230°C and is gentle on non-stick pans and trays. Silicone rinses clean easily, and the 25.2 cm handle with a hanging hole keeps it tidy on a kitchen rail.
