Account Deletion Request
Bait Baitk customers can request deletion of their app/store account at any time.
To request deletion, contact us through the store support channel or email/WhatsApp support and include the email address or phone number used for your account. We will verify ownership before deleting account profile data.
Order records, invoices, payment, delivery, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, customer-service, or security reasons.

يمكن لعملاء بيت بيتك طلب حذف حساب التطبيق أو المتجر في أي وقت.
لطلب الحذف، تواصل معنا عبر قناة الدعم الخاصة بالمتجر أو عبر واتساب/البريد الإلكتروني، وأرسل البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المستخدم في الحساب. سنقوم بالتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل حذف بيانات الملف الشخصي.
قد يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير والدفع والتوصيل ومكافحة الاحتيال عندما يكون ذلك مطلوباً لأسباب قانونية أو محاسبية أو لخدمة العملاء أو للأمان.
