Description
This knife has a curved 7-inch stainless steel blade, 3.5 mm thick, with a smooth sharp edge and a dark hammered pattern along the top. A round finger hole near the handle gives you extra grip and control, and the blade runs the full length of the curved wooden handle, fixed with three rivets. The whole knife measures 30.5 cm.
Use it to debone and trim meat and chicken, fillet fish, or take it along on camping and barbecue trips. It comes with a fabric sheath with a velcro strap, so the blade stays covered.
