Description
This heavy cleaver has a wide 9-inch stainless steel blade, 3 mm thick, with a smooth sharp edge and a dark hammered pattern along the top. The blade runs the full length of the wooden handle, which is fixed with three rivets and finished with a decorative engraved bolster. The whole knife measures 33.5 cm.
Use it to chop through bones, portion meat and chicken, or cut fish. It comes with a fabric sheath with velcro straps, so the blade stays covered in the drawer.
